All fees must be paid in order to complete application submission. Application
submission and fee payment does NOT constitute application/permit approval.
Approval from the City of Fort Saskatchewan's Planning and Development
department is required before any further activities commense in regards to the
submitted application. Application status can be found on the Status tab for the
application or by contacting the Planning and Development department.
This personal information is being collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP) and will be used to process this application and may be used to provide statistical data. It will be treated in accordance with the privacy protection provisions of Part 2 of the FOIPP Act. Delivery policy: Processed application packages will be delivered to the applicant as per the method indicated by the applicant on the application form. Should the application form not indicate a preferred delivery method, City of Fort Saskatchewan administration shall use their discretion to determine the best delivery method. Should an applicant request that a package be picked-up, the City will hold the package for seven (7) days. If the package has not been picked up after the seven days, the package will be mailed to the address provided for the applicant as indicated on the application form
Refund policy: All refunds shall be provided as per the City of Fort Saskatchewan's Fees
and Charges Bylaw where applicable and must be applied for in person. If no refund policy is specified then no refund is available. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was made.
